Argumentative Essay: Culture Shock

Nowadays, Culture Shock is very common in some societies because each person have that differentiate various aspects of your own culture of other countries. This statement is developed by some Psychologists, they say that each person should know and differentiate the cultures in: food, clothes, buildings, feelinings, lifestyles and habits. This essay show some arguments about culture shock and its positive and negative aspects in the life.

First of all, to many travelers the culture shock is very complicated, because when they arrived to other country have that adapt to the customs and specially the language. For example, a study in the United States has concluded that the culture shock have different phases, such as: initiation, negotiation and finalization. In the first phase, the traveler think that will be wonderful by new food, clothes and culture. The negotiation is a few confused, because each person combined your culture with the new and creates habits of these. And the finalization, the person choose and adapt positive and negative customs to your life. These three phases depend of each person with your abilities, knowledges and skills.

On the other hand, the main characteristic of culture shock is language, a United States's teacher affirm that before of travel is best study the own language of the special country, so when you arrived to can speak and know new person and customs. A negative point is that the person not suited to life in another culture and end stressed.

At conclusion , the culture shock is easy of develop and this depend of each person in different aspects, such as: studies, abilities, skills and knowledges and how bring positive or negative in life.

Learning Lifestyles is relates with behavior of each person with other persons and oneself in specific characteristics in a time and place, such as: social relations, entertainment , dress and consumption.

Definition:

Leadership is a quality that many people want to have, this affirmation is positive because the good leaders develops your process of self-study, education, training and experience. The main components of a leader are: must be, know and do.

Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills.

Cause and effects: Poverty

For some time, the poverty has increased considerably, this reason is caused by different factors, such as: less opportunities of jobs, bad professional education, war in some cities of Colombia and less security. This way, the studies confirm that the result of the poverty in Colombia is by armed conflict and the violence.

First of all, the poverty is caused by the few opportunities of jobs to poor people in different spaces as, factories, buildings, offices and others. So, many people can not work to help your family in food, health, housing and specially in education to children. To this cause the government has not created many possibilities of woks with some institutions to help to the woman and the child, so the solutions are few and less interesting.

Equally important, other cause in Colombia are the little knowledges that the people have about education, because many people can not study by any reasons as, money and time. Moreover, in every jobs the different bosses want people with studies in school, universities and important specializations to work with quality.

On the other hand, the principal cause to the poverty are the war, armed conflict and violence, because when in some town there are problems of violence so people have to leave very fast to the city and they don`t get jobs by be farmers. For example: a farmer knows only cultivate his fruits and when he arrives to the city can not work in an office, so he hasn`t work.

Overall, the problem of the poverty is caused by problems with society in different situations such as: war, armed conflict, violence and money. This situation in Colombia is very complicated and dificult of corrected with the help of government.
